Partnered with Ipsos, the process evaluation uses surveys and interviews with regulators and water companies to understand the experiences of different stakeholders when preparing the WINEP, and how these experiences can be used to inform future cycles. This evaluation explores different aspects of the process, such as timescales, guidance, working relationships and resourcing.
